Our nine-month, 100% virtual program for girls ages 12–18 delivers personalized mentoring, leadership training, and tangible results. Girls build confidence, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills necessary for success in every area of life, both personal and professional.
Leadership Academy girls show a 62% average improvement in key areas like confidence, managing emotions, self-awareness, empathy, goal setting, and academic performance.
