Rebecca Norberg

Rebecca Norberg, SHRM-CP

Rebecca has always had a passion for helping others and giving back whenever possible.
Through her previous role as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at PBR, she met Fanchon and was fortunate enough to help bring the partnership between Grit & Grace and PBR to life.

As a woman working in predominantly male dominated industries, Rebecca knows the value of female leadership and having a community of strong women who support one another. She hopes that through her involvement in Grit & Grace, she can serve as a positive role model of what it means to empower other women, pursue your dreams, and raise a family all at the same time.

A native of South Carolina and now a Texan, Rebecca has always been a southern girl and valued what it means to be raised in a Christian household. This past year, Rebecca and her husband, Alex, welcomed their first child, a beautiful daughter named Reagan.

She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina and her Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. Rebecca is an active member of the SHRM community and Sigma Alpha Pi. She was recently named the 2022 Distinguished Young Alumni for the College of Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management at the University of South Carolina.
