GRIT & GRACE has been a signature verbiage Lacey Dale Gracia has used for years to define her life and the various dynamics attached to her story for His Glory. Along with fiddling since the age of 4 ½ like her grandfather, Lacey Dale Gracia grew up horseback in the 4-H show ring, rodeo arena and family ranch pasture, then obtained a degree in Communications/Marketing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. During that time, she also served Oklahoma’s agriculture industry as the inaugural “1998 Miss Rodeo Oklahoma Teen” & “2001 Miss Rodeo Oklahoma,” placing in the Top 10 at Miss Rodeo America!

In 2003, she began her Mary Kay business and quickly found serving others in entrepreneurial leadership would be her lifelong passion. When she had a plan from a very young age to be a rodeo sports commentator, God made it clear to Lacey Dale that He had a unique calling on her life with a diversified, driven pivot plan for her to spur on in. In 2006, along with her leadership in Mary Kay she was hired by Bob Funk to lead the marketing efforts of Express Ranches in the purebred cattle industry. After her time there and Express Ranches continually achieving their goal of being the #1 Purebred Cattle Operation in our nation, Lacey Dale chose to focus primarily on serving her family first, along with her Mary Kay career. She assists her husband, Dusty with their construction company, Gold Buckle Construction & cattle operation, Good Day Cattle Co. Together, they serve the Lord in all they do, especially in raising their 13 year old daughter, Crosslyn and 7 year old son, Gatlyn.

With mama being the most important job of all, Lacey Dale manages the daily intricate details of Crosslyn’s Cystic Fibrosis healthcare and empowers her children’s rodeo careers, 4-H involvement and education. She serves as a professional western industry sports agent through her company Spur On, LLC, continues to consult for Bob Funk in serving agriculture youth, event production, fundraises for cystic fibrosis and alongside Dusty, leads their church LifeGroup.

With many undeniable Holy Spirit led chain of events leading to this moment in time, Lacey Dale is humbly honored to spur on in serving on the GRIT & GRACE board, knowing the Eternal, generational impact this will make on countless lives.
