Katie Lucas is Vice President of Strategy and Philanthropy at Lucas Oil Products. Lucas Oil was created with the simple philosophy of producing only the best line of lubricants and additives available anywhere. Today, it encompasses the most diversified range of products in the automotive, powersports, marine, industrial, outdoor and motorsports marketplaces. In total, the company boasts more than 300 premium products, which is the largest variety of shelf products of any oil company in the United States, and features a distribution network that includes 48 different countries.

Katie currently serves on the board of Grit & Grace, the Ascension St. Vincent Foundation and EDGE Mentoring. She is a former Big Brothers Big Sisters Board Member as well as Big Sister. Her other non-profit affiliations include Wheeler Mission, Open Hearts Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Indianapolis Colts Women’s Organization and CARA Charities.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She started her career with the Indianapolis Colts in corporate sales and moved to Creative Marketing Solutions as the Director of Business Development before joining Lucas Oil Products.

Katie and her husband, Morgan, and their two young boys share a passion for their faith, family and football.
